The space
Living Room:
Large 65-inch widescreen Roku television. Two couches with plentiful seating.
Kitchen:
Electric range & stove. Automatic dishwasher. Utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards. Fridge and freezer. Keurig Coffee with pods provided. A back up drip coffee maker is also available in the pantry. Dishwasher detergent and Fire extinguisher are located under the kitchen sink. We also provide a starter pack of trash bags, paper towels, sponge and dish detergent.
Dining Room:
The dining table comfortably seats six guests, while the adjacent kitchen bar offers seating for four more, making it easy for everyone to enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening cocktails together. The open layout creates the perfect space to connect.
Laundry Room:
A washer and dryer unit. A starter supply of laundry detergent pods is provided for your convenience. Also provided are household cleaning products. Iron and Ironing board provided.
Master Bedroom:
King size memory foam bed. Dual side tables with matching reading lights. Windows with strong natural light. 55-inch television. The master bathroom is right off the master bedroom. One portable luggage rack. Full sized mirror.
Master Bathroom:
Standing shower with glass door. Dual sinks. Hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and washcloths.
Guest Bedrooms:
Queen size memory foam beds. Dual side tables with matching reading lights. Windows with strong natural light. 55-inch television in each bedroom. Full size mirror in each bedroom. Closets in every room with luggage rack and ample storage space.
Downstairs Guest Bathroom:
Standing shower with glass door, no bathtub, one sink. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and washcloths.
Upstairs Jack and Jill Bathroom
Bathtub (ideal for adults and little children alike). Dual sinks. Hand Soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and washcloths & Hair Dryer.
3rd Floor Office Space:
One office desk and chair. One lounge chair to be able to kick back and get some reading done. Multiple windows with great views and lots of natural light!
2nd Floor Deck:
4 balcony Adirondack chairs (2 on each side). Deck lights for a wonderful ambiance as the sun sets.
Miscellaneous:
Central air conditioning and heating on 2nd and 3rd floors with a Nest thermostat on each floor. Mini split wall mounted air conditioning and heating unit on the ground floor
Additional Information:
The grill is a propane grill, propane is provided.
Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on our Smart TVs! Streaming services are available through the Smart TVs; however, guests will need to log in using their own personal streaming accounts.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, outdoor spaces, and the Level-2 EV charger. Keyless entry allows for a smooth and convenient self-check-in experience.
Please note that a few owner storage closets are locked and reserved for owner and maintenance use. These areas are not accessible to guests. All other areas of the home are available for your enjoyment during your stay. We hope you'll make yourself at home and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!
