Cora Barkley is an Associate Sales Broker with Ocean Pearl Realty, bringing deep coastal roots and a lifelong connection to waterfront living. She grew up in Deltaville, Virginia, spending most of her childhood on the water, swimming, boating, fishing, and embracing the rhythms of a small coastal town. That early foundation shaped her understanding of waterfront property and marine lifestyle.

Now proud to call the Outer Banks home, Cora's husband was born and raised on the Outer Banks, giving her clients the advantage of true local generational knowledge. Together, their connection to the community runs deep. Cora's son proudly serves as a United States Marine, currently stationed at Camp Pendleton in California.

In addition to her coastal upbringing, Cora also spent time living in the Virgin Islands, further broadening her perspective on vacation markets and island living. With extensive experience in property management and hands-on short-term rental operations, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the unique dynamics of coastal real estate with confidence and clarity.

When she’s not assisting clients, Cora embraces the lifestyle she represents ~ fishing, swimming, and hiking with he golden retriever, Bear.
